PRICES: 10% discount on the price you saw on another website
Rentals start on Saturday, after 4pm until Saturday before 10am.
For a 2-week stay, a 10% discount is applied to the cheapest week.

Mandatory services:
+ €250 end-of-stay cleaning for a stay of < 8 people, €350 for more than 8 people as well as in July and August.
+ 20 € prepared beds, bath towels, pool / traveler towels
+ 2.14€ tourist tax / adult / night

Depending on the size of your group, some rooms may be locked, except in July and August when the entire villa is rented.

How to book?
- You provide us with the names, first names, addresses and ages of all participants .
- We send you a contract to sign on Docusign
- You pay a 60% deposit, non-refundable
- You pay the balance, non-refundable, 3 months before the start of the rental
- You receive the digital welcome booklet one month before the start of the rental
- You pay a deposit of €2,500 via the trusted third party swikly.com one week before your arrival (cost at your expense: €27)
Cancellation conditions:
- The reservation is only firm upon receipt of a 60% deposit.
- The balance of 40% must be paid no later than 3 months before the start of the stay.
- If the balance is not paid, it is a cancellation and you lose the deposit.
- If you cancel after paying the balance, neither the deposit nor the balance will be refunded.
Cancellation due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Deposits are 100% refunded in the event of cancellation in the following two situations;
- regulatory ban on movement preventing you from reaching Timautine
- regulatory ban on renting out the Timautine.
